Meet Ryan

I'm Ryan, founder of R-squared. After 18+ years as a software engineer — building core systems for companies like Kerridge Commercial Systems and CDK International — I made AI engineering my focus: RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and agentic workflows. I've since shipped AI-integrated products end-to-end, from an AI music generation service on Vertex AI to a concussion-monitoring app built for a physiotherapist client. R-squared exists because I believe AI works best woven into how an organization actually operates, not bolted on as an afterthought — and that takes the same engineering rigor as any other system I've built.
