Meet Ryan

I'm Ryan, founder of R Squared. After 18+ years as a software engineer, building core systems for companies like Kerridge Commercial Systems and CDK International, I made AI engineering my focus: RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and agentic workflows. I've since shipped AI-integrated products end-to-end, from an AI music generation service on Vertex AI to a concussion-monitoring app built for a physiotherapist client. R Squared exists because I believe AI works best woven into how an organization operates rather than bolted on as an afterthought, and that building it well takes the same engineering rigor as any other system I've built.
