This notice explains what personal information R Squared AI Solutions collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it, as required by South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the contact form, that is your name, email address, company (if you give one) and your message. If you email us, it is whatever your email contains.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our conversation. We don't use it for marketing lists, and we don't sell or share it with anyone else for their own use.
Who handles it for us
Netlify hosts this website and handles the contact form. Resend delivers form messages and emails to our inbox, and we read them in Google's Gmail. These providers may store and process information outside South Africa.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Your browser only loads files from this website.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as we need it to reply to you and for our business records, and delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
