Specification-driven plans
Before anything gets built, we write down what's being built, why, and what "done" looks like. No engagement starts from a blank editor — there's a plan to review and agree on first.
Verification against evidence
A feature isn't done because the code looks right — it's done because we've checked it against real evidence: test runs, logs, actual behavior. Claims get verified, not assumed.
Persistent context
Decisions, constraints, and history live in a durable record, not in one person's head. That means engagements compound over time instead of re-explaining themselves at every step.
Judgment on delegation
Some work is safe to automate; some needs a human doing it directly. Which is which is a deliberate call made for each task — not a default we apply everywhere.
